MidPoint71 sold for €100 million

Wroclaw's MidPoint71 office building, the construction of which was recently completed, has changed hands. The building was sold by Echo Investment to the Czech Trigea Real Estate Fund for more than €100 million.

Echo Investment recently received an occupancy permit for the MidPoint71 office building in Wroclaw. However, shortly thereafter, the company sold the building to the Czech Trigea Real Estate Fund. The sale agreement was for more than €100 million.

MidPoint71 is a modern building with office functions, which was located in Wroclaw on Powstańców Śląskich Street. It delivered about 37,000 sqm of office space to the local market. The building has 14 floors above ground. The building received an Excellent rating during BREEAM Interim certification. The architectural design of the office building was created by the medusa group studio, and the commercialization level of the building has reached more than 80 percent.
