MK29 office building soon to be completed

The final finishing touches are being put on the MK29 office building in Krakow. The building is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of this year.

The construction of the MK29 project in Krakow is nearing completion. Construction work has just been completed and finishing of leased space is now underway. The state-of-the-art development has delivered some 11,200 sqm of leasable space to the local market. According to plans, the office building will be completed in the second quarter of this year. Interestingly, the building has already been 88 percent leased.

The MK29 office building is a newly constructed Kraków development, located on Marii Konopnickiej Street. It offers its tenants about 11,200 sqm of rentable space. In addition, they can use an underground garage hall for cars and extensive bicycle infrastructure. A roof terrace is also at their disposal. In addition to work space, the building also has retail and service establishments.
