Moderna Holding with a new investment. The development of the Oliva 501 office building has started

A new office building by investor Moderna Holding will be built on the site of the former Biały Zdrój milk bar in Gdansk. Oliva 501 will stand on Grunwaldzka Avenue.

A new office building by Moderna Holding has started construction at 501 Grunwaldzka Avenue, with completion expected by the end of 2022. The project calls for the demolition of the former milk bar building and the erection of a new building in its place. The office building will get its name from the Gdansk district where it will be built - Oliwa 501.

Oliwa 501 is a project created by the Group 5 architects studio. The building will rise to a height of 14 meters and will provide the market with about 3,300 sqm of space for 42 offices spread over three floors, as well as retail and catering establishments located on the first floor of the office building. The building is equipped with underground parking for cars and bicycles, a charging station for electric vehicles, and its center is decorated with an interior green courtyard.
