Mokotów Plaza sold. FLE GmbH the new owner

The ownership of Warsaw's Mokotów Plaza office building has changed. As of now, the building has become the property of FLE GmbH.

There have been changes in the Warsaw office market recently. The sale of one of the office buildings, which is located at 6 Postępu Street, has taken place. Mokotów Plaza was sold by the M7 company and ended up in the hands of FLE GmbH. As of now, the new owner has about 15,500 sqm of total Class A space at his disposal.

Mokotów Plaza is a 5-story Class A office building in Warsaw. Its total area reaches about 15,000 sqm. In addition to space for offices, the building also offers space for retail and service establishments. There are many amenities available to tenants, including above- and underground parking spaces, bicycle infrastructure and an internal atrium. The building has also been awarded a BREEAM certification.
