Warsaw's Moniuszki 1A office building has changed its owner. The building, which was previously owned by Catalyst Capital, has gone into the hands of CPI Property Group, which is consistently pursuing its strategy of expanding its Warsaw office portfolio.

Previously, the building belonged to Catalyst Capital. Now the property owner CPI Property Group has become the new owner. This is another step that has seen the company consistently pursue its strategy of expanding its Warsaw office portfolio.

Moniuszki 1A is a Warsaw office building that underwent a major renovation in 2015. It provides about 9,700 sqm of workspace to the local market. In addition, the building has parking spaces for cars and retail and service units. The building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate.
