My Place II sold
The Moje Miejsce II office building, located in Warsaw, was sold by Echo Investment for €45 million. The buyer was the Czech real estate fund Trigea Real Estate Fund.
The office building offers just under 17,000 sqm of space. Among its tenants in the building are companies such as Tchibo and NetWorks. My Place II has a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
