New agent for Jerozolimskie Business Park

The BNM - Real Estate Advisory consulting firm was selected as the new exclusive agent responsible for renting office space in the Jerozolimskie Business Park complex, owned by Apollo Rida. The complex, located at Alejach Jerozolimskich 146 in Warsaw's Ochota district, consists of four buildings with a total area of 17,000 m². In 2015-2017, it underwent a comprehensive modernization that raised the standard of the building and improved its functionality, making it an attractive place to work for tenants. Currently, approximately 3.2 thousand m² of net office space remains available for rent.

Jerozolimskie Business Park was purchased by Apollo Rida in 2021. The company, which has been operating in the Polish market since the early 1990s, specializes in investments and development projects in the office, warehouse and retail real estate segment. Currently, it manages a property portfolio with a total area of over 1 million m², whose value exceeds 1.5 billion euros.
