New cosmetics tenant in Lodz City Gate

Lodz's Brama Miasta complex has gained a new tenant. Wella, a hair care company, will create a Shared Services Center at the facility, where about 200 jobs will be created.

Wella Company is a company with German roots, engaged in the production of hair care cosmetics. The company decided to expand its existing operations and create its new Shared Services Center in Lodz. The choice of location fell on the 13th floor of the Brama Miasta building, where the company will occupy about 1,500 sqm of space.

Lodz's Brama Miasta complex is a complex of two office buildings, offering 42,000 sqm of high-end space for lease. One of the main advantages of the facility is its location in the central part of the city just off Kilińskiego Street, in the vicinity of the railway station. Additional amenities present in the complex include underground parking spaces for tenants. The design of the building, which will be completed in 2020, was created by the medusa.group studio.
