New high-rise rising on Warsaw's Wola

Construction of the Skyliner II high-rise at Daszyńskiego Roundabout in Warsaw is proceeding and has just entered the next phase. After a year of intensive underground work, during which 59 reinforced concrete barrettes and 42 temporary steel columns were executed at a depth of 38 meters, the podium construction began. The shared platform will connect both towers belonging to the Karimpol group, creating a space of nearly 4,500 sqm intended for commercial and service functions, accessible to both tenants and local residents.
The coming months will bring intensive work on the construction of repetitive floors and the installation of a glass facade, whose prefabricated segments will be supplied by Widok. The installation of a self-climbing formwork system will also begin soon, which will allow for the completion of one floor in five working days. The first facade elements are expected to appear before the summer. Ultimately, the building will offer 24 thousand sqm of rental space, of which 23 thousand sqm is intended for offices. Garden terraces with a total area of 900 sqm will be created on the top floors.
Skyliner II was designed by APA Wojciechowski Architekci, and supervision of the investment is carried out by Hill International. The building received a BREEAM certificate at the Outstanding level and – like the first phase of the project – will be powered by energy from renewable sources. Completion of construction is planned for the end of 2026.
