New office building in Szczecin's Baltic Business Park complex

Changes in the investment plans of Szczecin's Baltic Business Park office complex. Instead of two office buildings, one will be built, but with a larger area and number of floors.

The Baltic Business Park office complex from Szczecin has so far consisted of two buildings. According to the latest plans, only one more office building will be constructed within two years as part of this investment, instead of two. However, it will be taller and larger than originally planned. The building will reach eight stories and will offer potential tenants about 15,000 sqm of office space. Investor BBPark is awaiting receipt of a building permit, which could start at the end of this year, or early next year.

The Baltic Business Park complex is a complex of Szczecin office buildings, which offer approximately 20,000 sqm of Class A+ office space. With the construction of the third office building, the development will increase its workspace to about 35,000 sqm of modern space. The first two office buildings were already completed in 2013. Tenants will be provided with above- and underground parking spaces and extensive bicycle infrastructure.
