New office building in Wroclaw ready for use
Cavatina Holding S.A. obtained permission to use the Quorum A office building. The modern office building erected on the bank of the Oder by Cavatina Holding S.A. offers office space with a total area of 18,000 sqm.
Quorum A is one of five buildings that are part of the investment located in the heart of Wroclaw on the bank of the Oder. The entire complex is the largest multifunctional project in Lower Silesia, consisting ultimately of five diverse buildings.
Building Quorum A offers not only 18,000 sqm of office space, but also 340 sqm of commercial space and over 1,000 sqm of terraces, thus creating excellent conditions for business development.
The newly opened facility complements Cavatina Holding's office offer, and one of its tenants is, among others, Keywords Studios, which signed a contract for almost 4,000 sqm of space.
Like all buildings that are part of the complex, Quorum A will be subject to BREEAM and WELL Health-Safety Rating certification.
