New office space in Lodz

The development of the modern REACT office building in Lodz has been completed. The building delivered more than 15,000 sqm of Class A space for lease to the local market.

Good news for Echo Investment. The REACT office building in Lodz has just received an occupancy permit, and the first tenants are moving into the building. Thus, the local market has been enriched by more than 15,000 sqm of Class A leasable space. Among others, an ENEL-MED medical facility is already available in the building, and soon there will also be a modern coworking space from Rise.pl.

REACT is a newly constructed office building located on Piłsudskiego Avenue in Łódź. The building is primarily a modern space for lease reaching over 15,000 sqm. The building also offers, among other things, parking spaces for cars, facilities for cyclists and charging stations for electric vehicles.
