New owner of Warsaw office buildings
Imnofinanz Group has sold four Warsaw office buildings. The purchaser of the buildings is the Hungarian Indotek Group.
The office buildings purchased by the Indotek Group are Bokserska Office Center and Cybernetyki Office Center located in Mokotow, Taifun located at 183 Jutrzenki Street, and Brama Zachodnia located at 92 Jerozolimskie Avenue. The total area of the sold office buildings is almost 45,000 sq m, and their average commercialization rate was 80 percent at the end of 2020. The previous owner of the buildings was Imnofinanz Group. The value of the transaction was €72.5 million.
