New tenant in Gdansk office building

Already in July of this year, a team of engineers from Semco Maritime will move into the K2 office building in Gdansk. The international company rented over 1,200 sqm in the building realized by Vastint Poland.

Semco Maritime employs approximately 2,400 employees in Denmark and in regional offices in Norway, Great Britain, Germany, Poland, United States, Vietnam and Singapore.

K2 is a six-story office building located near the Wzgorze sw. Maksymiliana communication hub at ul. Kieleckiej in Gdansk, offering over 11,400 sqm of class A office space. The building is distinguished by sophisticated architecture reminiscent of Gdansk modernism and features an intimate lobby designed as a space for informal business meetings. A two-level parking garage houses 136 parking spaces and locker rooms for cyclists. K2 has a LEED Platinum certificate and as the first in Gdansk obtained a WiredScore Platinum certificate.
