New tenant in the Brama Miasta office building in Lodz

About 1,000 sqm of office space has become available to a new tenant in the Brama Miasta facility in Lodz. Marel, which provides solutions for companies in the food processing market, will move into the building.

Due to the continued growth of Marel, which provides solutions for the food processing industry, the company has decided to expand its work space in Lodz. For this reason, a new office of the company has been established in the Brama Miasta building, which will occupy about 1,000 sqm of space. Initially, 60 employees will move in there, but the company is steadily expanding its team.

Brama Miasta in Lodz consists of two Class A buildings, which provide the local market with about 41,000 sqm of space for tenants to use. Underground parking spaces for cars are also available for their use. An additional advantage of the building is its attractive location in the city center. The complex was designed by the medusa group studio and has already earned a WELL Health-Safety Rating certificate.
