New tenant of North Gate office building

A new tenant from the renewable energy sector rented office space in the North Gate building with an area of over 5,000 square meters.

The enterprise is among the Top 50 largest Polish companies, and employees are planning to move into the new office in the first half of 2024.

North Gate is a modern class A office building with a height of almost 90 meters, offering a total of approximately 48,000 square meters on 27 floors, including 29,000 square meters of offices for rent. Tenants also have access to a five-level car parking with 310 spaces, with extensive facilities for cyclists, including lockers and showers.

The office building is located in the northern part of Warsaw, on Bonifraterska Street in the Midtown district. In the immediate vicinity of the office building there are, among others Park im. Romualda Traugutta, Ibis hotel and Westfield Arkadia Shopping Center. The property belongs to the Deka Immobilien fund.
