New tenants in Gdanski Business Center
The new tenant of the Gdański Business Center complex is Story House Egmont, which is part of a Scandinavian media group. Currently, it is one of the largest publishers of magazines, comics and board games for children and youth in the country. The Polish branch was founded in 1990. Story House Egmont will rent 925 sqm of office space from August 1, 2024.
Another new tenant is Aviva Service Excellence Centre, which has been operating in Poland for 13 years and offers expert services in the field of actuarial science, IT, data science, CISO, finance and risk.
Gdański Business Center is a modern complex of four class A office buildings, located in the center of Warsaw, belonging to the portfolio of Savills Investment Management. The complex offers a total of 101,000 sqm of space and was created in two phases: in 2014 and 2016. In addition to office spaces, the complex has a café, beauty salon, kindergarten, medical centers, Zdrofit fitness club and a publicly accessible courtyard with greenery and small architecture.
Gdański Business Center offers 1,379 underground parking spaces and 76 above-ground spaces, as well as infrastructure for cyclists, including 416 bicycle racks, changing rooms and showers. Among the key tenants of the business park are Allianz, KPMG, Mazovian Unit for Implementing EU Programs, Provident, Philip Morris, Euronet, Nielsen and Dell.
