New tenants in Gdansk's Palio Office Park complex

The Palio Office Park office building complex in Gdansk has gained two new tenants. PZU Zdrowie and publisher Nowa Era will move into the building.

The modern office and retail complex in Gdansk Palio Office Park will have two new tenants. Publisher Nowa Era will have its headquarters in the PALIO A building. The company will occupy more than 1,500 sqm of the office building's space. The second new tenant in the Gdansk facility will be PZU Zdrowie, a provider of private medical care. However, the company will open its headquarters in the Palio B building, where it will occupy about 1,000 sqm of space.

The Palio Office Park complex is a facility located on the site of the Gdansk Shipyard. In total, it will consist of eight buildings with a total area of about 90,000 sqm. The complex will provide both office and retail and service space. In addition, the facility will include a kindergarten and many green areas, where special relaxation zones have been created for tenants. The complex also offers above- and underground parking spaces and bicycle facilities. The building has also been awarded a BREEAM certificate.
