Next stage of work on the Widzew Manufaktura site

When completed, Widzew Manufaktura will become one of the most important completed investments in Lodz. The 9,000 sqm park, which is more than 100 years old, will be transformed into a multifunctional space housing offices and apartments. The complex will consist of retail and service units and more than 30,000 sqm of office space. In total, the entire project will focus on the revitalization of four buildings.

Construction work is entering the next phase. Currently, internal and external installations have already been completed, infrastructure such as stairs for the disabled has been prepared, as well as the layout of roads and walkways.
