NFZ leases four floors in Malta Office Park
The Greater Poland Provincial Branch of the National Health Fund now plays a key role as a tenant in the Malta Office Park office complex in Poznań. The move to the new location is planned for mid-2024, and the signed agreement includes a ten-year lease period.
The Greater Poland Provincial Branch of the National Health Fund occupies space with a total area of 4,900 sqm. Malta Office Park is a complex consisting of six office buildings located above Lake Maltańskie, and its management is handled by EPP.
The National Health Fund rented space that will be adapted to high standards and the needs of the state institution. A special customer service room is planned on the ground floor, while the new tenant's offices will be located on floors 3, 4 and 5.
