Norblin Factory office space fully commercialized

The office space previously available at the Norblin Factory has just been fully leased. This was brought about by the recently signed annex to the agreement with Allegro, which decided to expand its office in the Warsaw complex.

Allegro is one of the largest online shopping platforms in Poland. It is also the main tenant in Warsaw's Fabryka Norblin complex. Until now, the company has occupied about 16,200 sqm of the facility's office space. However, with the recently signed annex to the existing lease agreement, Allegro has expanded its headquarters to 24,000 sqm. Thus, the commercialization of office space in the facility has been completed.

Norblin Factory is a Warsaw complex of mixed-use buildings. They are located in the city center on Zelazna, Lucka and Prosta streets. The building provides both space for retail and service establishments or restaurants, but also office space with a total area of 41,000 sqm. In addition, the complex provides tenants with underground parking spaces on three floors.
