Norblin factory with the most modern bicycle infrastructure in Poland

A unique bicycle parking facility has been created at Warsaw's Norblin Factory. It is fully automated, located underground, and it takes only 15 seconds to park a bicycle there.

The Norblin Factory in Warsaw boasts the application of an unprecedented solution for bicycle enthusiasts in Poland. The facility has an automatic underground bicycle parking facility, designed by MA-SISTEMAS. The entire system will allow quick and fully secure storage of bicycles and accessories thanks to a special sealed box. The system has been designed to save as much space as possible, as well as to improve cyclists' use of the parking lot. The entire process of parking a bicycle can be reduced to as little as 15 seconds.

The Norblin Factory is a facility offering multifunctional space with an office area of about 41,000 sqm. PRC Architects is responsible for the architectural design of the building. The plan called for both the creation of a new office development and the revitalization of historic buildings left over from the former Norblin, Buch Brothers and T. Werner plating plants, and the post-World War II Warsaw Metal Rolling Mill. In addition to high-end offices and a modern bicycle parking lot, the development also offers underground spaces for cars and space for retail and food and beverage establishments.
