Office building E of Poznań's Nowy Rynek complex with occupancy permit

The next stage of construction of the Nowy Rynek office complex in Poznań has been completed. Two years after the start of construction work, Building E has received a use permit, and the first tenants will move into their offices as early as July this year. In total, Skanska's "Nowy Rynek" investment will provide more than 100,000 sqm of office and service space.

The said complex is located in the vicinity of the main railway station in Poznań and at the intersection of the city's most important transportation lines, which guarantees it an attractive and desirable location.
