Eika Asset Management, which is part of a Lithuanian investment management group, acquired the .Big office building in Krakow. This building is located at Zielińskiego Street 3, in the southern part of the city, not far from the center, in the vicinity of Skały Twardowskiego Park and Zakrzówek reservoir.

Eika Asset Management is a Lithuanian asset manager belonging to the Eika Group, which manages a portfolio of properties differentiated by market segments. The first investment of the Lithuanian Eika Real Estate Fund in Poland was the purchase of the Warsaw business center Celebro. The director of Eika Asset Management, Viktorija Venclovaitė Orkinė, announces the continuation of investments in Poland, including logistics facilities, offices and shopping parks.

The .Big office building is a boutique Class A facility with an area of 10,800 m², distinguished by convenient location close to the center of Krakow. The building offers approximately 5 above-ground and 125 underground parking spaces and full cycling infrastructure. One of the main tenants is State Street Bank, a global financial services provider. Built by Ghelamco, the five-story office building provides approximately 10,000 m² of office space for rent, with a typical floor of approximately 2,100 m².
