The project developed by Cavatina Holding in Katowice has won international recognition. Grundmanna Office Park received an award in the "Office Architecture" category at the DNA PARIS DESIGN AWARDS 2023. In addition, the jury decided to honor this investment with an additional Five Star Award for Best Office Architecture Poland. The architectural design of the complex in Katowice was developed by a team of Cavatina Group architects led by Piotr Jasinski. Intensive construction work is currently underway on Grundmann Street, where the first floor of the building is being constructed. Work on the foundation slab and ceilings of the underground garage is at an advanced stage. Construction of the project began in December 2022, and upon completion it will deliver just under 50,000 square meters of modern workspace to the market.
Grundmann Office Park is a large 48,000-square-meter office complex consisting of two 7-story office buildings connected by a green patio. The development also offers more than 1,000 parking spaces in above-ground and underground areas. Cavatina Holding's offerings in Katowice will include flexible co-working spaces of a higher standard, while the first floors will feature retail and service units, including restaurants, cafes, a laundromat, a hairdresser, a florist and a parcel machine.
Tenants of Grundmann Office Park's office buildings will have access to more than 1,000 square meters of green terraces and a patio with a boules court, bicycle and jogging paths. At the rear of the development, on the banks of the Rawa River, there will be an extensive relaxation zone with greenery and landscaping elements.
