Office complex in Warsaw changed ownership

Metron office building on Warsaw's Mokotów changed ownership. The property was sold by a Polish company belonging to Patrizia Frankfurt Kapitalverwaltungs GMBH. Alides Polska, a subsidiary of Belgian developer Alides, and AYA Properties Fund announced the joint acquisition of the Metron office building in Warsaw.
Metron, located at Aleja Niepodległości 69, is in the prestigious Mokotów district, a key north-south artery in Warsaw. Its location above the M1 metro station - Wierzbno Station, provides tenants with a convenient 8-minute commute to the city center. An additional advantage is the proximity of numerous amenities in the dynamically developing Mokotów district.
The Metron building offers 9 floors with a total gross office area of over 9,700 m². The property has BREEAM Very Good certification, which confirms its commitment to sustainable development and efficient operation. This acquisition fits perfectly with Alides' Property Upcycling Strategy and AYA Properties Fund's ESG strategy. Both companies aim to build a strong partnership to maximize the value of this prestigious office building.
