Metron office building on Warsaw's Mokotów changed ownership. The property was sold by a Polish company belonging to Patrizia Frankfurt Kapitalverwaltungs GMBH. Alides Polska, a subsidiary of Belgian developer Alides, and AYA Properties Fund announced the joint acquisition of the Metron office building in Warsaw.
Metron, located at Aleja Niepodległości 69, is in the prestigious Mokotów district, a key north-south artery in Warsaw.
