Office space in a 19th century Lodz townhouse

The renovated 19th-century building has been transformed into new space for retail, dining and offices. The renovated building is now called Zielona Green Office.

Renovation work on a historic tenement in Lodz at 6 Zielona St. The property of Rozalia and Ick Auerbach was built in the second half of the 19th century and is an important trace of history for current generations. The revitalization of the tenement has made it possible to give the building a second life. It will house not only offices, but also restaurants or service points.

Green Green Office is a unique mixed-use building, whose history, dating back to the 19th century, is one of the building's greatest assets. The tenement rising four stories high offers tenants more than 1,000 sqm of rentable space. The building is equipped with a number of environmentally friendly solutions and is distinguished by its unique facade. It also features an inner green courtyard, where restaurant gardens will be located.
