One of the most important phases of Wroclaw's Infinity office building on the finishing line

One of the most crucial stages of the construction of the Infinity office building in Wroclaw has been completed. The facility already has a completed foundation slab, which is the key element of underground work.

The beginning of the year brought a significant breakthrough to the construction of the Infinity office building in Wroclaw. Already in January, the foundation slab was prepared, which is one of the most important stages not only of the underground works carried out, but of the entire construction. Currently, installations are underway, as well as columns, walls and ceilings in the building on levels -2 and -3. The underground part will be ready at the beginning of the second quarter of 2022. The Infinity office building is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2023.

Infinity is a highly anticipated office development, located in Wrocław at Jana Pawła II Square. The building will ultimately provide the local market with approximately 18,000 sqm of modern office space. The underground part of the office building will include a garage hall for cars. A bicycle infrastructure will also be available to tenants. The building's trump card is the BREEAM certificate it received at the Excellent level.
