Over 130-meter skyscraper in downtown Warsaw to be commercialized
We have met the company that will take care of leasing the offices of the flagship investment of the development company Strabag Real Estate in Warsaw. The Upper One complex will be an over 130-meter tower with a total area of 35,900 sqm.
It is the latest project of the development company STRABAG Real Estate in Warsaw. The development will be built on the site of the defunct Atrium International office building.
Upper One will offer 35,900 sq. m. of modern work space and about 11,000 sq. m. GLA for hotel rooms. Work will begin in the first quarter of 2023, with construction company Strabag as the contractor. Upper One is expected to be ready in 2026.
Equipped with five glass and three internal elevators, the building will be distinguished by its modern and elegiac style. Outdoor terraces and more than 200 parking spaces will be available to tenants.
