Palio Office Park B office building with Excellent rating in BREEAM certification

Investor Cavatina Holding can boast a high Excellent rating in the BREEAM certification obtained by one of the buildings in the Palio Office Park complex in Gdansk. Building B was recognized for the environmentally friendly solutions used in the building, as well as those that promote the overall well-being of employees.

The PALIO B office building, which is part of the larger Palio Office Park complex in Gdansk, recently received a unique distinction. The building received a BREEAM certificate with an Excellent rating, which means that the building is rich in solutions that favor nature and employees. The materials used in its construction and energy-efficient systems were also important.

The PALIO B office building is a Gdansk facility providing around 7,700 sqm of space to the local market. Together with the Palio A building, they form the first part of the larger Palio Office Park office complex, which will eventually consist of as many as eight buildings designed to offer about 90,000 sqm of workspace. Tenants will have above- and underground parking spaces, bicycle amenities and recreational areas.
