Philips stays longer in Company House I
Philips extended its lease agreement for space in the Company House I building in Warsaw. This building, which was put into use in 1999, has been rented by Philips since its inception. Since 2017, it has been owned by Globalworth Poland.
Philips' decision to stay in Company House I resulted in extending the current lease for another seven years.
The building recently underwent renovation. The transformation of office space resulted in a modern and varied interior, adapted to Philips' global guidelines on work practices.
The project included separate zones dedicated to individual, creative and team work. The new interiors are based on the tenant's corporate color scheme, including shades of blue, which harmoniously blend with natural wood and greenery. Additionally, furniture and accessories in the office are enriched with non-standard, original colors, creating a unique atmosphere.
