Pomerania Fund decided to extend the lease agreement in Szczecin

Pomerania Fund Sp. z o.o. rented office space in the modern office and service complex "Poseidon" in Szczecin, which is the largest facility of this type in the region, located at Plac Brama Portowa 1. Thanks to this location, the Fund gained even better conditions for serving clients, organizing meetings with entrepreneurs, conducting wide-ranging consulting activities and streamlining business processes.

The Class A office space market in Szczecin is characterized by high demand that exceeds supply. As a result, Pomerania Fund decided to continue cooperation with its current landlord, deciding to extend the lease agreement in the "Poseidon" complex.
