Preliminary agreement for the sale of Wola Retro office building

Develia has signed a preliminary agreement for the sale of Warsaw's Wola Retro office building with WR Office, a company owned by an investment fund managed by Adventum Group. The amount of the transaction was set at €69.8 million.

The Wola Retro office complex consists of three buildings connected to historic buildings. The Warsaw office complex offers a total of 25,000 sqm of office space.
