Premium serviced offices in Quorum D office building

In Wroclaw, the first Quickwork Premium serviced offices will be built in the Quorum D office building. The new concept is scheduled to open in the second quarter of this year.

The Quorum D office building will be the first location of Quickwork Premium flexible workspace in Poland. The new serviced offices will offer an even higher standard of finish with a modern set of services. These will include reception work or new office billing and contracting options. The new office spaces will occupy about 1,700 sqm of space.

Quorum D is a modern office building belonging to Wroclaw's Quorum complex. The building offers about 16,000 sqm of office space spread over 6 floors. In addition to work space, the building also includes retail and catering establishments. Tenants also have parking spaces for cars and a green patio at their disposal. The building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate.
