React I office building completed in Lodz, Poland

Another office building in Lodz put into use. The development of the REACT I building, owned by Echo Investment, has been completed.

The office market in Lodz has expanded by another square meters of working space. Echo Investment's investment REACT I was commissioned earlier this year. As a result, more than 15,000 sqm of new Class A office space is available for new tenants.

REACT I is a modern office building in Lodz, located on Piłsudskiego Avenue. More than 15,000 sqm of workspace is available in the building for new tenants. The office building has been awarded BREEAM certificates with a rating of Excellent and WELL Health & Safety. Underground parking spaces for cars, charging stations for electric vehicles and facilities for cyclists are available to tenants.
