Renegotiation of Barry Callebaut's contract with University Business Park II. The company has expanded its office

University Business Park II will remain the Lodz headquarters of Barry Callebaut. Now, after 5 years on the lease, the company is expanding its office in the building by as much as double.

Barry Callebaut is part of a group owned by the chocolate companies Cacao Barry and Callebaut. The company, which has been a tenant in the University Business Park II office building in Lodz since 2015, decided to renegotiate its lease. Now the company is renting twice as much space as before. Now Barry Callebaut will occupy a total of more than 6,000 sqm of space.

University Business Park is a facility located on Wólczańska Street in Łódź. It consists of two office buildings rising 7 stories high with a total area of 40,000 sqm of high standard. The building has underground parking and many amenities and nature-friendly solutions, which has been confirmed by the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. Building II of the complex, whose tenant is Barry Callebaut, was completed in 2016.
