Reply company extended its lease agreement in the DL Piano building, which belongs to DL Invest Group, and also decided to increase the occupied space in the Katowice office building.
Reply is a global company headquartered in Italy, specializing in consulting, systems integration and digital services. For the past two years, its only branch in Poland is located in the DL Piano building.
DL Piano Katowice was handed over for use in the middle of 2020. This project combines office and service functions, offering a usable area of 17 thousand square meters. This object was honored with a BREEAM certificate at Excellent level. It is located in the Katowice-Bogucice district, between Wrocławska street and Roździeńskiego alley.
The business model of DL Invest Group is based on a comprehensive implementation of the investment process using the internal structure of the group and active management of projects as a long-term owner.
