Rödl & Partner firm will move to VIBE office building on Wola

Rödl & Partner, founded in 1977 in Nuremberg, will occupy the entire sixth and over half of the seventh floor of a 45-meter office building in Warsaw's business center. In Poland, the company employs approximately 600 employees. The company became the newest tenant of the Vibe office building on Warsaw's Wola. Rödl & Partner is one of the leading consulting firms offering services in the field of audit, BPO, tax advice, legal advice and consulting.

Rödl & Partner rented almost 2,500 square meters of work space in the office building, which is scheduled to be handed over for use in the second quarter of 2024. Besides Poland, Rödl & Partner operates in 49 countries, has 110 offices and employs 5,800 people. In the country, the company has been present since 1992, with headquarters in Gdańsk, Gliwice, Krakow, Poznań, Warsaw and Wrocław.

The VIBE office building, located in the area of Daszyńskiego Roundabout on Wola, will offer modern Class A space of 15,000 sqm. Future tenants will enjoy various amenities such as infrastructure for cyclists (lockers, showers, bicycle parking, repair station), charging stations for electric vehicles, and other conveniences. The planned date for handing over the office building for use is the second quarter of 2024.
