Santander TFI moves to Nowy Rynek

Santander TFI is moving its headquarters from Plac Andersa to the Nowy Rynek complex in Poznan. The company will occupy 900 square meters in the Building E of the Poznan complex. The building is one of five office buildings that will together create a usable area of over 100,000 square meters. Nowy Rynek is currently Skanska's largest investment in Poland, which will provide office space designed according to ESG standards.

The office buildings have solutions that allow for saving electricity and water. Moreover, the building will be powered by energy produced 100% from renewable sources. Thanks to the appropriate facade, the premises will gain maximum natural light, and the entire building will be less exposed to external factors, allowing for more rational energy management.

The office building has planned as many as 160 bicycle parking spaces and charging stations for electric cars. For those more motorized, 234 parking spaces are waiting. Santander TFI manages assets worth over 21 billion zlotys. In the new location, in addition to modern offices for individual and team work, fund employees will have including relaxation space at their disposal.
