Saski Crescent obtained WELL pre-certification

The boutique office building New Saski Crescent, which belongs to CA Immo's portfolio, obtained WELL pre-certification. This is the result of a comprehensive and multidimensional modernization project.

New Saski Crescent is an office building with an area of 15,000 sqm, located in the center of Warsaw on Królewska Street 16. In recent months, it has undergone a comprehensive transformation, transforming into a modern, sustainable workplace that promotes health-promoting activities. The renovation improved energy efficiency, user comfort and introduced exceptional common areas, including a unique reception and lobby. Thanks to this, New Saski Crescent became one of the most prestigious office buildings in Warsaw. To ensure the highest standards, CA Immo began the WELL certification process for this building.

WELL Building Standard™ (WELL) is a globally recognized standard that promotes the health and well-being of building users. It covers aspects such as air quality, lighting, thermal comfort, noise level, quality of building materials, mobility, community building and promotion of healthy eating. Thanks to implemented digital solutions and adaptation of the building's infrastructure to technological development, New Saski Crescent has already obtained WiredScore Platinum certification. CA Immo also plans to apply for BREEAM sustainable development certification.
