Starting January 2, 2024, Scanway company will join the tenants of Wroclaw's West Forum A building, which is part of the office complex managed by TFG Asset Management. Scanway is a company consisting of experienced specialists in the field of visual technology, specializing in the aerospace and industrial sectors. The lease agreement was signed for a period of 6 years.
Scanway leased almost 1,000 sqm in West Forum at Strzegomska Street 140A in Wroclaw. The entire complex consists of two independent buildings, offering a total of 22,162 sqm of office space. This facility is characterized by numerous amenities such as cafeteria, bike room, bicycle racks, smoking areas and recreational area. The manager also allows for adaptation of available spaces to specific needs and requirements of the tenant.
In the immediate vicinity is a PKP station and a bus stop serving seven lines. Within a radius of less than 800 meters from the complex, there are also grocery stores, ATM and a city bike station.
