Second phase of Brain Park office complex received a permit for use

Echo Investment completed the Brain Park office complex in Krakow. The complex offers a total of 43,000 m² of modern workspace.

In January 2024, a permit for use was issued for the second phase of Brain Park, located in a strategic location in the city, close to two key traffic hubs – Ronda Mogilskiego and Ronda Grzegórzeckiego. Echo Investment acted as the investor, and Baumschlager Eberle Architekci Kraków was responsible for the architectural design.

The complex consists of modern office buildings, located on a plot at the intersection of Aleja Pokoju and Ulica Fabryczna in Krakow's Grzegórzki. In the first phase of the investment, two buildings with a total area of 30,000 m² were handed over for use, with the first tenants moving into the new offices in November 2022. Currently, after obtaining a permit for use for the third office building, another 13,000 m² was delivered to the market.

The central point of the complex is an open patio, which is a place for rest and eating meals in the fresh air. Additionally, it provides space for table tennis, chess tables, swings and street workout activities. Brain Park tenants can enjoy green terraces, 485 parking spaces, 300 bicycle spaces, charging stations for electric cars and scooters, as well as changing rooms with showers.

Among the tenants of the complex are renowned companies such as EPAM Polska, PepsiCo GBS, ALDI Tech Hub, APPTIO Poland, Mercator Medical, Loftmill serviced offices and Medicover clinic.

Brain Park is the first office project in Krakow to obtain the WiredScore Platinum certificate, confirming its excellent digital connectivity and advanced technological solutions.
