Sennder company with new office in Wroclaw's Centrum Południe office building

The Centrum Południe complex in Wrocław has gained a new tenant. A company called sennder has moved into the building, and the entire transaction was conducted entirely remotely.

The company, which moved into one of the buildings in Wrocław's Centrum Południe complex at the beginning of 2021, is a logistics solutions company in the road freight transportation industry. Sennder uses the latest digitization and automation solutions in its operations, which ensure unrivaled quality of services. As of now, the company occupies more than 1,200 sqm of space in the Centrum Południe office building and nearly 200 meters of terrace.

Centrum Południe is a Wrocław-based, mixed-use complex that provides a total of 85,000 sqm of total space to the market. The building is located adjacent to Sky Tower on Powstańców Śląskich Street, and includes 5 office buildings. The complex features underground car parking, bicycle infrastructure and electric vehicle charging stations. Tenants also have at their disposal many green areas and terraces for relaxation and leisure.
