Sky Tower as the First Complex in Poland with Two Prestigious Certificates
In Wrocław, there is the first complex in Poland that has earned two prestigious BREEAM in-Use certificates: BREEAM in-Use Office at the Excellence level and BREEAM in-Use Residential at the Very Good level.
Sky Tower is currently one of the new symbols of Wrocław, and also one of the tallest buildings in the country. Recently, the complex on Powstańców Śląskich Street also became the first facility that can boast two prestigious BREEAM in-Use certificates.
Sky Tower is currently in a transformation phase. The shopping gallery is being renovated to adapt the space to the needs of customers and tenants. Guests can already enjoy a relaxing recreational area with functional furniture at the rotunda. Furthermore, the observation deck is being rebuilt to offer stunning views of the city and surroundings. It will be enlarged from 250 square meters to 600 square meters, and a multimedia elevator will take us to the top.
