Sky Tower Gained a Major Tenant as Part of the Largest Office Transaction in Recent Months
The group of tenants of the office part of one of the most recognizable buildings in Wrocław – Sky Tower – is expanding with REX Concepts, a leader in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) market in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Romania.
Sky Tower is a modern mixed-use complex offering over 28,500 m² of class A office space. Located on Powstańców Śląskich Street, it is one of the most characteristic points on the map of Lower Silesia's capital.
The new tenant of the office part of the building is REX Concepts, the main franchisor of Popeyes and Burger King brands in Central and Eastern Europe. The signed agreement is the largest office transaction at Sky Tower in recent months. The company's employees will move into the office building in the fourth quarter of 2025, and CBRE advised them in the process of selecting the location.
