Inoffice has closed the list of tenants in Warsaw's Equator IV office building. The building is now completely filled.

Inoffice operates in the field of serviced office space, virtual office space and conference rooms. The company has been an Equator IV tenant since 2018, occupying an office space of almost 1,500 sqm, which is the entire 10th floor of the building. Now the company has expanded its headquarters by about 600 sqm on the 9th floor, filling the office building 100 percent.

Equator IV is part of the Equator Office Park complex located on Jerozolimskie Avenue in Warsaw. The building was constructed in 2018 and offers tenants 20,800 sqm of Class A office space. In addition, the building also has an underground garage for cars and infrastructure for cyclists. The APA Wojciechowski studio is responsible for the architectural design, and the office building boasts a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level, which confirms the use of a number of nature- and employee-friendly solutions in the investment.
