Symbolic topping out hangs on top of .KTW II office building

The .KTW II office building has reached its target height. The completion of construction work was celebrated with a symbolic topping out ceremony.

The .KTW III skyscraper, which is under construction right next to Katowice's Spodek, has reached its target height of 133 meters. Its construction began in November 2019. To celebrate the completion of construction work, a symbolic topping out was hung on top of the office building.

The .KTW II building will provide the market with 42,000 sqm of leasable space, spread over 31 floors. It will be the tallest building located in Katowice. The office building will be part of a modern, multifunctional complex, which will offer a total of nearly 60,000 sqm of leasable space. In addition to office space, it will also house retail and service establishments and a medical center. Tenants will also have at their disposal an underground parking garage, which will connect the .KTW I and .KTW II buildings.
