The Bridge skyscraper first in this part of Europe with SmartScore and WiredScore certifications

Two exceptional awards for The Bridge skyscraper under construction in Warsaw. The office building was the first in Central and Eastern Europe to receive SmartScore and WiredScore certifications. In both it received the highest possible rating of Platinum.

Warsaw can boast a unique building under construction at European Square. The 170-meter skyscraper The Bridge has been awarded two certificates, evaluating teletechnical solutions and smart office. The office building received a Platinum rating, the highest possible in the SmartScore and WiredScore standards. Thus, The Bridge is the first of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe with this certification and represents the most technologically advanced office building in the area. In addition, the building has a number of other certifications, such as BREEAM,WELL, WELL Health Safety Rating and Barrier Free Facility.

The Bridge is a skyscraper under construction in the center of Warsaw, which will reach 170 meters in height. Tenants will have approximately 47,000 sqm of Class A office space at their disposal. Additional amenities will include above- and underground parking spaces, extensive bicycle infrastructure, electric vehicle charging stations or a terrace located on the 40th floor of the building.
