The first phase of construction of Wrocław's West 4 Business Hub has come to an end

Launched with the beginning of 2019, the first phase of construction of the West 4 Business Hub project has been completed. Echo Investment is responsible for the implementation of this project.

The first phase of Wrocław's West 4 Business Hub development has come to an end. The realization of this construction phase provided the market with approximately 15,500 sqm of leasable space in a five-story office building. An occupancy permit has already been issued for the second half of 2020, and the building has become home to a number of companies, including Sii, which is one of the office's largest tenants.

West 4 Business Hub is a development that will consist of several buildings offering a total of about 80,000 sqm of leasable space. In the already completed multifunctional building of the emerging West 4 Business Hub complex on Na Ostatnim Groszu street, modern arrangements and employee- and nature-friendly solutions await tenants. The building is equipped with above- and underground parking spaces for cars, as well as special infrastructure for cyclists. The architectural design of the complex came out of the Maćków Architectural Studio.
