The first phase of the Quorum complex in Wroclaw is underway

Construction of the Quorum complex has started. The largest mixed-use building complex in Wroclaw is at the first stage of construction.

Work is underway in Wroclaw on the first stage of the Quorum mixed-use complex. As part of this part of the construction, two buildings are being built simultaneously - a 6-story Class A office building, or Building D, offering more than 16,000 sqm of space to future tenants, and a 24-story residential tower, in which more than 330 apartments are being constructed.

Ultimately, the complex will consist of four buildings connected by a common podium and will provide the office market with about 100,000 sqm of space. At the same time, it will be the largest in Wroclaw, offering multifunctional spaces. The project also includes the construction of a parking lot and the creation of modern bicycle infrastructure. The complex will also include a number of publicly accessible green areas and terraces for users of the facility. The use of environmentally friendly solutions in the building has been confirmed by the BREEAM certificate.
